The professional committee for clinical skills training guidance of Guangdong Primary Care Medicine

The professional committee for clinical skills training guidance of Guangdong Primary Care Medicine Association is established on December 26, 2022. The Clinical Skills Center of Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University is the initiator and host unit. The vice-chairmen of the committee are the deans and vice-deans of Guangdong primary care units. The committee has gathered nearly 400 excellent teachers from 18 cities in the province to work on three aspects, including the construction of a platform for primary technical skills training, the creation of multi-dimensional training digital resources, and the creation of a model for primary skills training. The committee provides a platform for medical institutions at all levels in the province to integrate high-quality teaching resources and management experience of tertiary hospitals and introduce them to the grassroots through academic exchanges, technical cooperation and distance education, so as to comprehensively improve the clinical skills training level and service capacity of grassroots medical institutions and assist in the better development of grassroots medical institutions and talent team.
