Pearl River Medical Simulation Education Specialist Alliance

The "Zhujiang Specialty Alliance of Simulated-based Medical Education" was founded by our center and now has 62 members from 35 counties and 14 provinces, including Guangdong, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Henan, Yunnan, Hunan, Shandong, Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. About one-fifth of them are university-affiliated hospitals, which have strong simulation teaching foundations and faculties. These hospitals collaborate to form an alliance council to support other units in shared development and progress. The Alliance has developed a training model called "go down, send up" in accordance with the idea of "innovating for development and cooperating for win-win" to assist member units in establishing simulation teacher teams, creating simulation training curricula, and conducting simulation education research. Moreover， these units can create a hospital brand through simulation training to raise the standard and safety of local healthcare.
